Twenty-five gallons is a serious still. When you build it yourself, it's yours in a way a finished one never quite is. This "EZ KIT" Advanced Model gives you shaped copper and a clear path from parts to a finished still.
How an EZ Kit comes together
- Lay out the pre-cut, rolled, embossed copper pieces
- Clamp each section so the seams line up
- Solder the joints, taking your time on every bead
- Check your work for leaks before the first run
You don't need a sheet-metal shop. Your labor replaces ours, and that's where the savings come from.
Advanced Model details
This kit has the EZ Seal Cap and a 4 inch thumper port, both named right in the model. The port lets you add a thumper later, so your still can grow as your skills do.
Copper, heat, and a curious mind
Running a still is part chemistry lesson, part craft. The copper carries the heat, vapor climbs and condenses, and you decide where the cuts fall. Every run is an experiment you design and control. Use it for distilled water or essential oils. With the proper permits, you can also use it for fuel alcohol and spirits.
A still is legal to own in the US. Distilling alcohol requires federal TTB permits. Follow federal, state, and local law.
The price starts at $679. Call 603-997-6786 with any questions.
